因身體不適的辭職報告

您好!

在這些日子以來，公司給予了我許多機遇和挑戰，使我累計了一定的經驗。同時也學到了許多為人處世等做人的道理。所有的這些，我都很珍惜也很感謝您，因為這西都是為我在將來的工作和生活帶來幫助和方便.

現由於個人的原因，因本人一直以來身體不好，近視度數不斷加深，就擔任此份工作之後，經常熬夜，睡眠不足，給眼睛帶來的傷害越來越大了，每到上早班的一週裏，早上起牀眼睛更是疼痛不已，帶着病痛上班，都是靠着忍受度過的。對於由此為公司造成的不便，我深感抱歉。但同時也希望公司能體恤我的個人實際，對我的申請予以考慮並批准為盼。
